Low hours and not enough to live on - Avis employé Associate Target

They hire and hire and use you when they need you around the holidays then dramatically cut hours to 5 hours and keep almost everyone part time so that they save money. You cannot survive on a target job. Also, their Warwick store has been a disaster since Covid because they lost all their good workers due to not paying them right or giving them hours and the place has been a disgusting mess with things everywhere since then all the time and there’s always carts full of putbacks and returns all over the place. Poor management and cheap company that don’t even want to pay people to work more to clean up their own store! Walmarts look better than targets around here by far!
