Avantages
When I first started at Target, it felt like a family and felt like the company cared for their employees. Now it doesn't feel the same. They had fun moments like the store remodel and the store wide inventory/audit event. I enjoyed working those events.
Inconvénients
The store has gone too corporate. They've slashed hours and unless your availability is open 24/7, you don't get full time hours. Current employees are constantly told that the store doesn't have the hours but are still hiring new workers. The store is short staffed but have increased the workload and now requires each worker to get more work done in a short amount of time.
