      Avantages

      They give you support through personnel and training activities. Just your typical pharmacist management job with any of the big companies.

      Inconvénients

      Bonus structure was ok. I am used to bigger sign on bonuses as they usually operate without any. If you negotiate you might be able to pull an 8k but they want you to sign an 18 month contract

      never a slow day, often asked to pick up others' shifts, cross-trained in many roles
