      Avantages

      The store was easy to maneuver and was organized very well.

      Inconvénients

      The team leaders seemed miserable at their jobs and were looking to put their employees in the same position. Might have only been my location but don't think it was a positive experience.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
