Great Team Members, fast working enviroment, clean working enviroment, flexible schedule, discount for employees, ok pay, safe enviroment. If it were not for your awesome Team Members honestly I do not think Target would be afloat today!
Inconvénients
Unfair management, very young management Team now running Target Stores an Corporate Offices, NO longer willing to work with our elderly populations, expect everyone to have a smart phone - love to pass blame on to employees NOT management, very short staffed when advised they would be fully staffed for all holidays 2021!! NOT - Very stressful for employees and NO Management support, NO RAISES, NO REVIEWS (I was there for over 1 year never had a review or raise but was always being told what they didn't like) BUT they never had anything POSITIVE to say!! Good place to want to come to work everyday. Same pay for cashiers as Customer Service & CS had 100x more responsibility then a cashier and honestly why would or should anyone want to advance! Every week employees were walking out due to being frustrated with management - the week I quit 5 others quit!
