      Avantages

      Lots of great people and friends. My ETL staff was very close and we all remain good friends even though most of us no longer work for Target.

      Inconvénients

      65-70 hours a week out of school is no way for a work/life balance.....no such thing as life!!!

      -Easy and fast work environment, day goes by fast -Great flexibility with scheduling -Mobility in company

      Inconvénients

      -Repetitive work and physically repetitive work -Hours get cut depending on quarter
