Target is an organization with some of the sharpest minds in the business. In my particular situation the company has been generous with compensation and challenging assignments
Inconvénients
There is an extreme disconnect between between executive store leadership and senior management at the district and group levels. Resources by way of knowledge and support have been few and far between in my current assignment. I work 12-15 hours a day more days out of the month than not and it has not been unheard of for me to work a 19 hour day to make sure that my hourly team leaders and team members have what they need to be successful. There is little to no recognition for the amount of time and sacrifice ETLs put in and at the end of the day there are mounds of reports, business reviews, and the like to complete...really?
