      Avantages

      Great policies. Good benefits. You can learn a lot about the retail business. Respect your personal life. Pro employee policies. Target US partners are knowledgeable, understanding and respect the team.

      Inconvénients

      Career growth based on self-marketing, networking, currying favor to your manager and not based on merit. Target India Middle management is average and not comparable to those in the service industry. Not a great place for freshers, limited learning technically as folks work on the same technologies day in and day out

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
