Useless supervisor - Avis employé Associate Target

Supervisor (it's called Team Leader or Executive Team Leader in Target) is completely incompetent. When ran into problem, he offered no solution to the associates but "believe me, it will happen." He said it every time! Then what? What should the associates do? All he did was writing people up. Useless! Also, they keep hiring more people and keep cutting current employees' hours. This is also the messiest Target I have ever seen. Products do not match price tags on shelves. You will be fixing other people's mistakes all the time.
