      Good pay and benefits not much else

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managing environment, cater only to the hourly employees make it nearly impossible to hold anyone accountable, hours were terrible for managers average day was at least 14 hours long

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
