      Avantages

      The TLP program i s really tailored to help entry level engineers learn. The engineers are very welcoming and willing to help. Minneapolis is also a really great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't found any downsides about working at Target yet other than the cold weather of Minneapolis!
