One can be proud to work for Target considering the good the company has done for humanitarian causes. There are plenty of opportunities for charity work sponsored by the company.
Inconvénients
The math for this position always adds up to more than what is stated. Three 12-hour days are three 16-hour days. Four 10-hour days are four 14-hour days. The three day managers usually have at least one off day that they have to come in to conduct interviews or be part of a team meeting. There is an expectation that you are available even when on vacation to respond to work calls/email. The scope of your work is very narrow. Most of what you do is coaching, following up on safety violations, and completing continuous improvement checklists. The dedication level management expects from their employees is absolute. I did not know anyone with family there that had not sacrificed their time for work.
