      Avantages

      Very good work life balance.(Very less technically challenging work, so I can put that as cons also) Good Benefits Good salary structure-no hidden components

      Inconvénients

      Good place for managers(PMs and above). Mostly Managers or senior managers get long term onsite. Not at all a place for techies. Your technical competence might go down unless you do self learning Some biased promotions and onsites
