      Avantages

      Benefits, time off, nice people.These are the most important reasons to work at Target. I enjoyed it and the people.

      Inconvénients

      The advancement potential is the downside. If you do not have a college degree you are pretty much stuck. Good part time job.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
