      Avantages

      Leadership Training is fairly extensive

      Inconvénients

      Constant assessment by senior management as well as peers. Feedback is often given just to give feedback vs. it being meaningful. This creates an environment in which people are awarded more often for the idea of giving feedback to their peers instead of an environment that rewards performance and productivity.

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
