      With the right upper management that practices Targets philosophy, could be a great company.

      Inconvénients

      Company wants middle management and hourly employees to take on more responsibilities without additional pay. Target continues to cut hours to departments making more work for the employees. Metric expectations and goals are not achievable with this.

      Inconvénients

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
