No Pros as of now

Inconvénients

Micromanagement from the top. You'll see all kinds of screaming contests happening here. The top management is clueless about tech and will pressure you unreasonably. No Job security, they might ask you to leave in a month. No learnings, you'll be asked to perform from day-1 without any formal training. It's the worst place to work, don't join even if the salary is lucrative (you won't get that salary for long).
