      people here are nice. strong in bridge but not so much in roads and highway

      if you're looking for a strong highway design company then TY Lin is not the best

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Inconvénients

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
