Avantages
I loved my job, I worked in an amazing team. Good benefits from outside suppliers.
Inconvénients
Serious lack of structure, loyalty and hard work isn't recognised and taken for granted. Upper management are weak and fail to deal with any issues even when taken directly to them, often they make it worse. Until something drastic happens nothing is done if there is an issue. Unrealistically high targets in a declining market. Poor engagement.
