Avantages
The team collaboration is amazing, the people are in general very talented, the offices in Spain are really great and there are challenging tasks to be done.
Inconvénients
HR does not care about the employees. Decisions which has impact in the lives of the employees are taken without any survey or consultation with the employees, communication regarding the decisions are terribly done, when done (normally responsibility from HR is transferred to team leaders), and they try to create various mechanisms to avoid to face the difficult and real questions from the employees. When they face them, they go around with the answers. There is no employee satisfaction survey - HR tries to avoid the reality. Salaries are in average to low, and benefits are in general are bad - taken from your salary.
