Very low pay for a lot of work, the facilities are very poor and the management are happy to terminate employment at any time.
They do not consider anything outside the business like people having families etc.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We always make sure to cater to our employees needs, treat them well and provide them decent facilities and competitive income. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations but we wish you all the best for the future!
For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
