      Avantages

      With Systemware, I feel like an employee/partner rather than a "resource". It is more important to Systemware that I am not only fairly compensated, but that the culture and job meets my desires. The onboarding process is simple, I hear from a contact at Systemware frequently. I feel empowered and that my opinion is respected. After coming to work as a contractor with Systemware, I have no desire to become an FTE on contract with another organization.

      Inconvénients

      There is not a downside to working with Systemware, there is nothing I would change.

      Avantages

      Professional and courteous staff who treats you like a person instead of another number. You have an open door policy all the way up the organization. Your voice will be heard. I especially enjoyed the fact that my resume was not sent out to everyone under the sun. I actually interviewed with Systemware PS before I was submitted to a client. This is more of a quality over quantity philosophy, but it sets you up to succeed instead of trying to cram resources into interviews and positions they are not a match for. The company is a family friendly environment, and the people truly make it an enjoyable place to work for. I have a lot of respect for my recruiter, account manager, and the COO. I highly recommend working here.

      Inconvénients

      The only downside is you may be spoiled for future engagements. Systemware PS sets the bar high.
