      - Work from home has been almost completely removed. - Very strict attendance policy with no real flexibility and strict tracking. HR and management are rigid about the policy. - Appraisals are often delayed, and sometimes don’t happen at all.

      Very good company to learn and grow. Despite being a startup, their dedication to build a good product is admirable.
