Avantages
-Hard work and work well done is appreciated but they don't have much to award you with it. -Referral bonus -Care about their clients and work well with them
Inconvénients
-A lot of your co-workers won't know what they're doing -Clients will succeed in manipulating your less intelligent co-workers -Some things are too cut and dry when they shouldn't be and other things aren't cut and dry enough, varies a lot of client site to client site.
