Avantages
Great benefits and a positive work environment. The new company leadership is truly working to strengthen the company and create a team atmosphere.
Inconvénients
Given the fact that the company does work in multiple states, building relationships with colleagues who work in a different state than you can be difficult but can be overcome. New management is working to break down those barriers however and create a stronger community environment between offices.
