Please reconsider working here - Avis employé Case Manager Springwell

- no one cares about you or your workload - I had consumers that were racist and rude and I could not ask to switch, I had to wait until THEY didn’t want me anymore even though it was uncomfortable - company culture does not exist. It’s so hard to get to know anyone because you’re so busy with work. Also on my last day of explotment, my own manager didn’t even have the decency to say bye. Mind you, I had so much work to tidy up that I had to leave late on my last day because I wanted to make sure everything was wrapped up as best as I can - high turnover rate
