Avantages
Decent pay and remote flexibility
Inconvénients
I had high hopes for this company, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Leadership is highly reactive rather than strategic. There seems to be a pattern of bringing in employees and consultants to solve problems, only to quickly decide their work isn’t good enough instead of providing clear direction or support. Priorities change frequently, making it difficult to succeed or make meaningful progress. Job stability is also a concern. I observed people being hired and then let go after only a short period, creating an environment where employees constantly feel uncertain about their future. The culture was another major disappointment. As a person of color, I did not feel included or supported. My experience was that people could be welcoming on the surface, but relationships felt transactional, and once you made a mistake or didn’t meet constantly shifting expectations, attitudes changed quickly. I personally did not experience an environment where I felt valued or psychologically safe. Overall, I found the workplace to be stressful, political, and lacking the consistent leadership and inclusive culture needed for employees to do their best work. I would encourage prospective employees to ask thoughtful questions about leadership style, turnover, and company culture during the interview process.
