      Avantages

      Working in Spring CT provided excellent exposure to all the phases of Software development lifecycle including requirement gathering till the go live phase. Got to work on lot of different technologies. Positive environment to work.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balances gets compromised sometimes Due to tight estimates and short term projects.

      It was a once good company which is fighting for its very existence because of bad practices/salary issues etc

      The company lost is charms and need to start all over again
