Avantages

- Pay. - "Culture". - Benefits. - Free snacks/drinks. - Worklife balance.

Inconvénients

- Lack of stability. - Poor management, or lack thereof. - Lack of training, and unreasonable expectations. - Expect to find your coworkers working from home 85% of the time or on extended leaves of absence. - Owned by multiple holding companies, so decisions come from the top. Conclusion: Company suffers from "Startup"-itis.

Avantages

Super flexible as long as you do your work. Lots of room for growth as it's still a younger company is experiencing a lot of growth. Lots of remote opportunity.

Inconvénients

Honestly the best company I have worked for. My only con is that pay can be a little lower given it's a smaller company, but they are working to rectify that. With the flexibility it's less of an issue.

Avantages

Free snacks in break room, planned company events, end of year bonus that can be up to 15% of salary,

Inconvénients

If you show any kind of skill in engineering or ability in troubleshooting, you will be run into the ground by your work load because you are now known to be a “reliable asset” and anyone that sees this will assign you to help with their work load. The company touts having great work life balance but that’s only true if you just show you’re incompetent at your job and do sloppy work so consistently you get labeled as an unreliable worker and nobody assigns you work. Company hangs on to dead weight constantly and only has a few engineers that carry the work load of the company on its back
