      Avantages

      A equipe é muito boa de trabalhar. Essa avaliação é meio subjetiva pois os funcionários de hoje podem sair e esse ponto não existir, porém é o único ponto positivo realmente

      Inconvénients

      Empresa negligencia a gestão de pessoas. Empresa não tem nenhum tipo de benefício.Pagam o salário e quer que você esteja sempre motivado e de o seu melhor. Porém você sente que fazer um bom trabalho e um mal trabalho da no mesmo, pois os donos da empresa não te avaliam em nada e isso acaba desmotivando. Passa seu aniversário ninguém fala nada.

      Avantages

      I have been working at Splendornet Technologies since the beginning of my career, and my experience has been very good. I joined the company as a fresher and have learned a lot during my time here. The work environment is friendly, and everyone is very supportive. One thing I really appreciate is how helpful my colleagues are. Whenever I face any issue or have doubts, there is always someone ready to guide and help me. The seniors are approachable and always willing to share their knowledge. Working here has given me the opportunity to learn technologies like OpenCart and Shopify, which has helped me grow both technically and professionally. Overall, it has been a great place to start my career and gain valuable experience.
