      Great people and environment to be around everyday. Hybrid working as well

      I can't think of any cons besides for it being a new building

      Avantages

      You can do Hubspot certifications and you get to work with some really cool people

      Inconvénients

      Compensation does not match the experience of the individual being hired. They use a 3rd party HR consultancy to "fix" their problems. Leadership is poor and if someone higher up can't deal with you, they just get rid of you. They punt hard on company culture and lack the actual understanding of what it is

      Subtle undermining of employees especially of certain ethnicity.
