      Avantages

      Typically build something different every now and then. Always had parts!!

      Inconvénients

      Very little jig work done, the majority of tacking up your projects is done free hand. So very time consuming (reasoning why? Majority of work is one of a kind, you have to build whatever you need to, to get a precise part consistently.

      Altered salaried position to hourly after signing an employment contract.

      Inconvénients

      The use of profanity during employee meetings by senior management is completely unacceptable and inappropriate.
