      Avantages

      Friendly working environment, great morning shift hours, if you need more hours there is always overtime with double pay on the weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes when busy season hits it can be hard to balance work with your personal life. Management doesn't care if you worked 20 days straight with no off days. They only care about production being completed on time.
