      Its easy to learn all of the positions, therefore moving up in rank wasn't hard

      Inconvénients

      Dealing with coworkers that didn't have great work-ethics because its a fast food job (Understandable), which left you to do most of everything that you know how to do. And because its a fast food job, customers lack respect.

      Rude customers and coworkers Poor pay No managerial support Need to advocate for yourself on every little thing Hours cut randomly for no reason Passive aggressive managers and shift leads Coworkers (including managers and shift leads) talk poorly about each other and customers behind each other’s backs
