*Strict Hierarchy is now a fact, (SAP style) *Quotabased comp plan demotivating for sales *Overbudgeting/target setting 25-35 % higher than recent years takes its toll that many senior sales people leave the company. *Changes communicated does not have time to be implemented nor adopted before they change again. *What used to be SW1 culture is not lived by in practice anymore, feels like company is pretending. *Company nowadays just look at their individual scorecards and KPIs, pipeline and above all Shareprice. They do not listen to employees and customers anymore to the extent they used to. *Structural and organsational change is Constant creating confusion and insecurity in expectations from employees and customers.
