Inconvénients
The current political environment is harming the growth and success of GSDC. There is a high level of politics from top to bottom and there is no respect for employees carrying Honesty and Integrity.....surprisingly these figure in 7 values of SWO. From Top to bottom, there is a high degree of politics talking ill about each other and favoritism is at an all-time high. There is nothing to learn from the Sr. Leadership but yes you may fall laughing by just looking at their faces. The Top man in the company comes to India each year and talk about how much he hates politics but when this is introduced to him, he prefer to keep quiet proving all he does is talking and there is no walk the talk....specialty of 'A' Players. The new entrant in GSDC Leadership back in Feb felt so promising but ended up acting like a puppet himself and will be out soon for sins he has committed in a very short period within SWO.
