      Inconvénients

      They say they are a world-class company, but do not pay wages compatible with that. Usually hire new people to fill positions rather than offer internally. If you have good knowledge in your area of business, you will find it difficult to change your position within the company.

      Avantages

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Inconvénients

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
