      -decent pay -great coworkers -not too difficult

      Inconvénients

      -poor scheduling and inconsistent hours -rather poor work life balance, it was impossible to plan your week given inconsistent hours and forced weekends. -no career growth -company probably going bankrupt. - a lot of long-term 20+yr employees were leaving (huge red flag)
