I didn't see that at first but it came out that it is a great opportunity to grow and learn in SI. the colleagues and the environment are great to develop great productivity and learning and being exposed to new fields. In addition, I found great support and mentoring from the directors that is getting stronger by the time.

the only thing that needs enhancement in my opinion is to be more specialized in specific field rather than being assigned to tasks from various specialization
