Avantages
You will be forced to learn how to be extremely self-reliant. One pro is that you are kind of able to learn a little a bit about a lot of different marketing avenues and then decide what you want to do.
Inconvénients
This company preys on recent college graduates, chews them up and spits them out, and then repeats. Fortunately for them, there will always be eager, hardworking young people that are desperate for jobs. I had absolutely no work life balance while working here, if the CEO was pulling an all nighter before a client presentation because he liked to procrastinate, you were expected to too. Not to mention expectations were way too high for someone with my experience level.
