CTO has no staging environment to test. Relied on Interns to create staging environment because he didn't keep the old staging environment done by the old intern. No testing, No documentation, No clear instructions. Tasks were given out with only 1 sentence for Frontend and Backend. No UIUX mockup. Despite that Product Management think they are doing a decent job. No Full Timers in Tech Team at all, only interns
