Upper management is not good. It's baffling how some managers get the roles and stay there or even get further promoted. Mine couldn't even get my name right for a long time and never had a clue how hard people worked.
Incredibly unstable company. No matter what you do, you are never safe from the unending layoffs and the constant reorganization that does nothing at all to make business better.
It's all office politics.
