Great parent company, needs to FIX Cooper. - Avis employé Sales Signify

Specific to the Cooper division, stagnant leadership that isn't fresh/innovative in approach. Employees continue to question the leadership of Cooper and has little faith in them. There are many issues that leadership repeatedly fails to address. Product development is stagnant, customer service issues are rampant, supply chain management is horrible, we treat our agents terribly. Employees are not empowered to make positive change.
