Employees in Sales function have very less Work Life Balance. Losing Market Share due to very High Pricing. Big Cultural Shift after company became Signify Innovations.

Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
