Flexible schedule, lots of support, room to move up, they promote from within before hiring externally, great benefits and 401K!

The only thing I can really say thats a downfall is that with the company as big as it is, you dont always know who to get ahold of and when if theres an issue or question.
My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
