After the splitting from Royal Philips, Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) had an opportunity to move alone on a fast pace of innovation, specially in the view of IoT. But reality was different

Old school researchers and incompetent management. They had no idea of what to do and what research and innovation means. Impression was that Royal Philips took out the worst employees. In a following restructuring the majority of them was laid off indeed.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
