Everyone operates with ownership mentality, and everyone's opinion matters. Discrimination of any kind is NOT tolerated. Signature definitely takes the concept of corporate social responsibility seriously.
Inconvénients
Adherence to mandatory in-office or mandatory WFH; allowing each person to determine where they want to work and when (within operational hours) would work a lot better for those with kids (which is a LARGE portion of the organization. No jeans or tennis shoes in the dress code. While the overall appearance of the organization is fantastic, a LOT of health problems can be exacerbated by inadequate foot care. Tennis shoes are a LOT easier on feet than what most people can afford for business shoes. Jeans can also be dressed up very easily.
