      Work from home good work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Too many executive roles. Leadership Team challenges their salary and give themselves uplifts and new titles and forgets about the frontline staff doing the actual work!

      Very deaf friendly and inclusive employer

      Inconvénients

      No room to move up ladder, managers don't challenge the status quo and if you do challenge issues you are told to leave!
