Avantages

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Service Point. One of the things that stands out most is how transparent and approachable the leadership team is, it makes it easy to understand company goals and feel like your contributions matter. I also appreciate the company’s focus on continuous process improvement; it’s exciting to see how small changes can make a real impact on efficiency and results. The company is growing steadily, which has opened up opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and collaborate on interesting projects. At the same time, work-life balance is genuinely respected, which makes it easier to stay motivated and focused. Overall, I feel valued here and enjoy being part of a team that’s constantly evolving. They are also some of the most supportive team members I have had throughout my career.

Inconvénients

There is room for improvement within the onboarding/new hire process. It is a work in progress but getting better.

Never a shortage of work, approachable management, straightforward processes and chain of command. I enjoy working with ServicePoint and all branches of staff.

Inconvénients

Steep learning curve like with any company in the beginning but teams look to support.

Avantages

Remote work is available Customers are fantastic

Inconvénients

The company is severely mismanaged. Sales runs the show and leaves the pieces for others to pick up and make right. As a company, they ran too fast trying to combine multiple companies and now there are no standards or clear responsibilities. During my tenure there were no raises and the bonus plan that came out ended up with no bonuses. There was considerable backlash from that and the new CEO promised to review, but then RIFed 40 employees instead. Payment to vendors and subcontractors is slow and so it's hard to get material or labor for jobs that were sold on an unrealistic timeline. If you plan on working here, document everything and be prepared to be let go the second you are no longer profitable or they need to make the bottom line look better.
