      Great coworkers, pay is good. Overall, the company is good and has potential.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic micro management that is not going away anytime soon. This company has potential, but only if three people leave.

      Avantages

      Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

      Avantages

      Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

      Inconvénients

      Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
